Having grown up on the island of Roatan, Honduras, the sea has always been a huge part of Edwen’s life. He comes from a family of divers which is where his career on water started. Edwen worked with his father at a dive resort by driving their 28ft Island Hoper. It did not take him long to become a qualified dive master and eventually he worked on cruise ships as a dive instructor and a manager of excursions. His background of driving yachts combined with his diving qualifications naturally took him towards the world of superyachts. He enjoys diving, hiking and fishing. Ewden’s native tongue is Spanish. Edwen’s experience and positive can-do attitude is an asset to SANTOSH and will guarantee your time on board to be unforgettable!

Chef | Anthony Ross
If you're looking for a chef who's practically been on a culinary world tour, well, you've just found him! For a whopping 19 years, I've been cooking up a storm in kitchens all over the globe.
From the sunny shores of South Africa to the enchanting streets of France, and even down under in Australia, my pots and pans have seen it all. You name it, I've cooked there - UAE, Bolivia, Cambodia, U.S.A, and the Med – I've left a trail of delighted taste buds in my wake!
Now, let's talk about my food. People seem to go gaga over my creations, whether it's a simple dish or a fancy gourmet extravaganza. My secret ingredient? Well, it's a blend of passion, skill, and a dash of magic that makes everything I cook taste oh-so-good. No kidding, folks line up just to experience the food coma that follows my culinary delights!
If you're craving variety, I'm your go-to chef. I can whip up a delightful array of cuisines, ranging from the elegance of French cuisine to the heartiness of Italian, the comfort of English, the spice of Indian, the sizzle of Mexican, the zest of Asian, and the zestiness of Spanish dishes. I even like to play a game of "flavor safari," where I serve a starter from one part of the world and a main from another – a week of diverse flavor genres to keep things exciting and fresh. Who said food can't be an adventure?
Now, let's talk about challenges – I thrive on them! Cooking for Vegans? Bring it on! Weird diets? I'll embrace them with open arms (and an apron, of course). No garlic or onion? Well, that's just an opportunity to showcase my major creativity! There's no kitchen challenge I can't handle, and the crazier, the better!
Did I mention I'm French culinary trained and have served up Michelin-level food in top Australian restaurants? Oh, and in England, I climbed the culinary ladder to become a Sous chef for one of London's most successful restaurant groups. I've even graced the kitchens of Michelin-starred establishments during my time there. And before you think my journey ended there, I spent four unforgettable months at Dinner by Heston. Yep, my food's been tasted, tested, and certified drool-worthy by the best!
After my globe-trotting adventures, I found my true calling – catering exclusively for luxury chalets and yachts. I believe in delivering outstanding food experiences to both guests and crew while keeping things healthy and nutritious.
