Lili
CLEMENT - CAPTAIN & SKIPPER ABOARD TIRIL

Tiril’s captain Clement was born on the French Atlantic Coast and his love for the ocean came from surfing the famous waves of the Basque coastline. His passion for adventure has led him to go down the entire Amazon river in a canoe, create an ecoresponsible cocoa trading company in Peru and sail 5 times across the Atlantic. Clement has worked as a captain for 10 years in the Mediterranean, Caribbeans and in French Polynesia where he has been living for the past 3 years. His knowledge of the Tuamotus and Society Islands is second to none as well as his talent for sailing. You can be sure that wether you are looking for deep relaxation or active water sports Clement will take you to the perfect spot.

LILI - COOK & HOSTESS ABOARD TIRIL

Tiril’s cook and hostess Lili Vai-Tepa is a native in the Tuamotus. Born and raised on the atoll of Makatea she will let you discover the warmth of the Polynesia people, their
culture from local dishes to music. Lili is a passionate Ukulele player and a great singer. Her artistic talents are matched by her professionalism as she has worked in the charter industry for many years both in Polynesia and in the Carribean. Lili has also sailed on the traditional Polynesian canoe Fa'afaite, using only the stars and no electronics to cross the pacific. With her you will make memories for the rest of your life.

Additional Information

Offering a unique sailing experience, TIRIL is an example of sustainable yachting through her Sunreef 50 Eco design which includes silent propulsion, ultralight batteries, and a state-of-the-art photovoltaic system. Launched in 2019, TIRIL is an electric catamaran that provides guilt-free and comfortable exploration of French Polynesia. Her design saves massive amounts of energy through solar panels and twin electric engines which allows guests to travel in silence and appreciate their beautiful backgrounds. TIRIL also offers many alfresco relaxation spaces on board including a lounging area protected from the wind and sun spanning across her entire beam. Guests can also dine on her deck to take in the spectacular views French Polynesia has to offer. Thanks to her fully-customized layout, TIRIL is able to accommodate up to 10 guests through 4 double cabins and 1 twin cabin. Each is accompanied by its own bathroom and decorated using sustainable materials. TIRIL is also equipped with a great range of water equipment and her crew will be happy to set up on-shore activities or hire instructors for more specialised activities.
