Valentina Vela
Valentina became a full time charter captain after multiple seasons as a RYA cruising instructor, delivering upwards of 60 weeks of RYA courses. She obtained her Yachtmaster Instructor qualification in January 2024 and enjoys returning to teaching for
3-4 weeks each year.
Valentina is passionate about sharing her love for sailing and enjoys involving guests as much or as little as they want. Drawing on her experience as an instructor, she introduces sailing in an engaging and accessible way for those curious to learn.
She prides herself on working efficiently and providing the ultimate luxury tailored sailing experiences in both the Mediterranean and Caribbean.
In her spare time Valentina loves travelling the world, keeping fit with swimming, cycling and yoga as well as learning new skills such as the guitar.

Formally culinary-trained, with second-level wine appreciation and Silver Service certification, Elena has five years of experience in yachting, primarily on sailing yachts and charter catamarans. She particularly enjoys the social aspect of charters—meeting new guests each week, understanding their needs, and personalizing menus and service to suit their tastes.
Elena believes that excellent food and drinks create happiness, and her goal is to provide an unforgettable experience, ensuring that guests are well cared for and helping them create lasting memories.
