Description: Jair's career in Boating started at the age of 18 when he first came to the Whitsundays as a dive instructor, from there the natural progression from diver to deckhand to master took place ,where at the age of 24 took his first command of the ex Whitbread maxi yacht ,The Card.
From there he has diversified into different fields each holding their own challenges and rewards. Yacht deliveries around Australia and into Asia were common.
Now as Captain onboard AURA has reached a pinnacle in yachting and is excited to be leading the team and upholding the premier standards of excellence and safety that benchmark this truly amazing Yacht.

Tilli found her passion for yachting after watching Bravos series Below Deck and has been enjoying living the reality since joining in April doing her first passage of 1700NM from Darwin to the Whitsundays.
