Client Comment:
“In short, I don’t think our trip could have been better. The Crew were all terrific. The Boat was wonderful and the scenery was unlike anything we have ever seen. We were able to visit and experience many places that very few people in the world have an opportunity to see. And like any experience the key to success was the attention to detail and the professionalism and attitude of the crew. This aspect of the trip couldn’t be better. The crew worked together as a team and they all acted like they really wanted to be with us. They added some unique and surprising customer experiences along the way that were much appreciated. The Captain set the tone for excellence. We’ve been on other cruises where the Captain didn’t go the extra mile—that was not the case with him as he was proactive and very communicative every step of the way. He took us into places where he could have easily said the tide was too low or use some other technical explanation so he didn’t have to try. That never happened as he always tried his best to deliver the best experience. The food and the service inside the boat was also top notch. For example, any laundry was back in our room and folded within 2 hours and we didn’t even set it out for cleaning!”
