SEA STAR is an 85 foot / 25.9 m classic yacht built in 1965 by the Burger Boat Company in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Designed by esteemed naval architect J.B. Hargraves, her design is reminiscent of the famous Cunard ocean liners that plied the Atlantic during the dawn of the 20th century. SEA STAR is an all-aluminum yacht topped with teak decks and rails. While a classic design, she has been updated with many modern conveniences and safety features. She has been operating in south central Alaska for several years.
This is a quiet boat! Generators are not run at night. SEA STAR’s electrical systems have been designed such that there is steady power 24/7 without running the generators at night (while at anchor). This greatly improves your experience onboard.
