Alexandros Noulis

Captain: Nikos Giamalakis
Nikos was born in Athens and has spent the past several years as a Captain on both sailing and motor yachts, guiding guests on day trips and extended vacation cruises. His maritime journey began at a young age, and his passion for sailing only grew stronger over time. This enthusiasm led him to become a professional sailing coach at yacht clubs and in Olympic classes, amassing over 5,000 nautical miles in races since 1998.
Nikos’ extensive experience working with children as a coach has honed his natural leadership skills. He is known for his innovative thinking, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities. With a warm smile and a firm handshake, he welcomes passengers aboard Aether. Nikos is a native Greek speaker and is also fluent in English.

Chef: Alexandros Noulis
Chef Alexandros is a highly skilled and experienced Chef with an extensive background in the culinary arts. His diverse experience includes working in renowned restaurants, private villas, luxury yachts, and high-end hotels across Greece. Alexandros is known for his exceptional ability to create exquisite and diverse dishes, tailored to meet the specific dietary needs and preferences of his guests. His dedication to continuous improvement and passion for gastronomy have earned him numerous accolades and a reputation as a top-tier chef. In addition to his culinary expertise, Alexandros enjoys various outdoor activities such as fishing, diving, canoeing, skiing, hunting, and endurance sports, further showcasing his adventurous spirit and love for nature.

Stewardess/Deckhand: Katerina Mpourouti
Katerina is a friendly, energetic and fast-learning young professional from Athens, bringing strong hospitality instincts to the yachting industry. With varied front-of-house experience across bars and restaurants, plus recent hands-on experience at sea, she is comfortable in fast-paced, guest-facing environments and adapts quickly to new teams.
She recently completed a specialised 80-hour seminar in Yachting VIP Guest Services, adding focused, industry-specific training to her practical service background. Organised, communicative and a natural team player, she is eager to grow her career at sea and bring genuine warmth to every guest experience.

She accommodates up to eight guests in four cabins, including one owner’s suite and three queen-bed cabins, each with a private bathroom. The flybridge and forward deck provide ample space for sunbathing and relaxation, while the aft cockpit is ideal for socializing and alfresco dining. Our dedicated crew, consisting of a Captain, Chef, and Stewardess, is committed to pampering guests and fulfilling every desire on board.

Charter rates:

High Season Rate (15 June - 15 September): 42,000 EUR / Week + VAT + Expenses

Mid-Season Rate (01 May - 14 June & 16-30 September): 39,500 EUR / Week + VAT + Expenses

Low Season Rate (Rest months): 31,000 EUR / Week + VAT + Expenses V.A.T 6,5% (subject to change without prior notice) & APA 20% of the charter fee not included in the rates.

Relocation Fees: Catamarans up to 52 ft: Cyclades (1000 EUR) * Catamarans 55ft and up: Cyclades (1500 EUR) * Catamarans 80 ft, Motor yachts and power catamarans according to fuel consumption *

Please note due to logistics, charters with embarkation or disembarkation in Santorini will be charged one extra day ( one way) Delivery fees will be shared between charters and be used as Handling Fees: Yachts up to 52 ft: 1000 EUR (will be shared between two charters 500/500) Yachts 55ft and up: 1500 EUR (will be shared between two charters 750/750
