From tropical breakfasts and vibrant lunches to elegant appetizers, each dish is designed to complement days spent sailing, swimming and exploring the islands.
Evenings become a culinary highlight, with selections such as locally caught fish with coconut jasmine rice and pineapple salsa, surf and turf, herb-crusted lamb, scallop risotto and Caribbean-spiced Barbuda pineapple chicken.
Dessert brings a playful finish, from New York-baked cheesecake and crème brûlée to tropical mango and passionfruit pavlova, key lime, and Australian-inspired Lamingtons.
Menus can be tailored around guests’ preferences, creating a personal onboard dining experience that feels fresh, generous and perfectly suited to life in the Caribbean.

TURN AROUNDS: 48-hour turns are standard
HALF-BOARD OPTION: $150 discount per person
Includes; 7 breakfasts, 4 lunches & 3 dinners, all other meals to be eaten ashore at client's expense.
LOCAL FARE OPTION: $75 discount per person

HOLIDAY RATES:
THANKSGIVING: $28,500. 6 -7 night charters only. May be prorated for number of guests.
XMAS: Flat rate $32,200. Must end no later than Dec 27th.
NEW YEARS: Flat rate $33,600. Must begin no sooner than Dec 28th.
CHILDREN'S DISCOUNT:
$200 discount per child under age 12 up to a max of 3 children.
