CAPTAIN- RUBIN TERBLANCHE- SOUTH AFRICAN
Originally from South Africa and now based in Fort Lauderdale, Captain Rubin brings over a decade of experience in the luxury yachting industry. Holding an MCA Master 3000GT Unlimited license, he has led operations on both private and charter vessels ranging from 40m to 63m across the Caribbean, Bahamas, Mediterranean, and U.S. waters. Known for his structured approach, crew leadership, and commitment to excellence, Rubin ensures every voyage is safe, seamless, and unforgettable.

On a day off, Rubin enjoys golfing, hiking, spearfishing, bird watching, and building FPV drones—an evolution from his years of flying DJI drones. His passion for adventure and precision carries through both on and off the water.

CHIEF STEWARDESS- MARELI KOK- SOUTH AFRICAN
Originally from South Africa, Mareli Kok brings over five years of hands-on experience in the yachting industry, having worked aboard both private and charter yachts ranging from 45 to 65 meters. Known for her calm leadership and meticulous attention to detail, Mareli has successfully stepped into Chief Stewardess roles across multiple vessels, consistently elevating interior standards and guest experiences.

Her strengths lie in team mentoring, event planning, and creating memorable moments—from custom cocktails to themed nights. Mareli thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about fostering a positive, efficient crew dynamic.

Outside of yachting, Mareli enjoys photography, baking, Pilates, hiking, and snorkeling. Her love for wellness and creativity shines through in everything she does, both onboard and off.
