Captain: Cigdem "Cindy" Gul
BIO: Captain Cindy is from the coastal town of Bodrum, Turkey. She has over ten years of experience as a licensed Captain, navigating the Mediterranean and Caribbean. Cindy has previously owned and operated her own charter yacht in the Aegean Sea. Her priorities are guests' safety and creating a memorable guest experience. She enjoys Latin dancing, Beach adventures, and traveling the World. Native language is Turkish and she also speaks English.


Chef: Wendell Laurence
BIO: Wendell Laurence is a seasoned chef with 17+ years in the kitchen. He started his culinary journey fascinated by diverse flavors and cultures. Graduating from Culinary School and Hospitality Management, He has worked in top kitchens like Le Bernardin and American Express Diners Club at the MET, learning from industry leaders. His cooking philosophy centers on fresh, local ingredients and blending traditional techniques with modern trends. Chef Wendell views cooking as an art, telling stories and connecting people. I aim to create dishes that satisfy and inspire, respecting each ingredient's integrity while adapting to culinary evolution. Whether in a restaurant or on a private yacht, He looks forward to sharing his culinary creations and exploring new flavors ahead.

Stewardes: Merugia Stephanie
BIO: Merugia was born and raised in St. Maarten but spent most of her life in the Netherlands from the age of 8.
Tired of the typical 9 to 5 office job, she embarked on a new adventure on the water as a Stewardess. Since then she has gained lots of charter experience ensuring a smooth running trips.
Merugia enjoys the art of mixology, table decor, and organizing theme parties to create a memorable experience for guests.
She devotes her free time to exploring different parts of the world and cherishing moments with loved ones. She also holds a black belt in taekwondo and finds joy in salsa dancing.
Merugia is recognized as a dedicated and hardworking individual who consistently goes above and beyond to ensure all guests have unforgettable experience. Her native language is Dutch but she is also fluent in English.


Mate/ Engineer: Eren Calik
BIO: Eren is the Engineer and Mate on board EXIT STRATEGY. He is from Bodrum, Turkey and has over ten years of experience working on yachts. Eren is a mechanical and electrical expert and is responsible for assuring the yacht is in great operating condition. He is in charge of all guests' activities, such as diving, water sports, tender rides, movie nights, and drone pictures and videos. He enjoys camping, sailing, and working with his hands. Same as Captain Cindy, his native language is Turkish and he also speaks English.
