With strong management and communication skills developed through years at sea, he ensures smooth onboard operations and a safe, enjoyable experience for guests and crew alike. George’s technical knowledge is complemented by significant cruising expertise throughout the Aegean, Ionian, and Cretan Seas, as well as the wider Mediterranean and Atlantic, gained through numerous yacht deliveries. Detail-oriented and highly professional, he prides himself on adaptability, reliability, and creating memorable voyages tailored to each itinerary. He speak English and Greek.

Omar Souida is the talented Chef on board High Five, bringing a refined culinary style inspired by Mediterranean flavors and modern techniques. A graduate of IEK Xini in Piraeus, Omar has built a strong professional background since 2014, working in prestigious restaurants across Mykonos, Athens, and Sifnos. These experiences have shaped his creative and adaptable approach to cuisine, allowing him to craft dishes that balance authenticity, innovation, and exceptional taste. Known for performing calmly and efficiently in high-pressure environments, Omar consistently delivers high-quality dining experiences while maintaining excellent coordination with the crew to ensure smooth service on board.
