Rocco Sisto is a highly experienced yacht captain with over 20 years in the yachting industry, leading both private and charter operations aboard sailing and motor yachts.
Accomplished sailor, Rocco has completed 26 transatlantic crossings and a remarkable solo passage to Cape Horn. His depth of maritime qualifications — including a Master of Yacht 500 GT Unlimited and multiple instructor certifications — reflect his hands-on approach and dedication to safety, vessel management, and crew training.
Having navigating across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Northern Europe, and Black Sea, Rocco is known for his calm leadership, strong technical expertise, and commitment to delivering seamless guest experiences.

First Mate: Helene Hedenstrand

Helene is a dynamic and dedicated yacht captain with over 8 years of professional experience at sea. Originally from Sweden, she brings a unique blend of skills, having worked extensively as both a professional skipper and private chef on charter yachts ranging from 45 to 62 feet. She currently commands Perfect Moon, a Moon 6ty, delivering exceptional charters across the Caribbean, including St. Martin, the Grenadines, and the USVI.

With certifications including RYA Yachtmaster Offshore (commercially endorsed) and PADI Divemaster, Helene is not only a seasoned sailor but also a passionate waterwoman. Her background in marketing, high-end events, and media production enhances her ability to create tailor-made, unforgettable experiences for her guests—both above and below the surface.

Helene’s attention to detail, hospitality instincts, and infectious enthusiasm make her an exceptional leader on board. Whether it’s crafting a gourmet meal, leading a snorkeling excursion, or ensuring smooth sailing, she does it all with grace and professionalism.

Irol Mikol Litrico is a highly experienced and versatile chef with over 20 years in fine dining and private service, both ashore and at sea. An Italian native, Irol has worked as a personal and yacht chef on vessels up to 66 meters, delivering bespoke culinary experiences across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and Americas.

Known for his adaptability and deep knowledge of international cuisine, he has a strong background in luxury hospitality, from private estates to top-tier charter yachts. Irol combines refined technique, creativity, and a passion for sourcing local ingredients to create unforgettable dining moments for guests worldwide.
