Having completed over 20 weekly charters in a single season and safely navigated more than 1,500 nautical miles, he is known for meticulously planning tailored itineraries that blend iconic destinations with hidden gems, always prioritizing safety, comfort, and unforgettable guest experiences. His background includes commanding both sailing yachts and catamarans up to 54 feet, consistently delivering seamless cruising experiences defined by professionalism and attention to detail. A natural leader with remarkable communication skills, Kostis builds strong connections with guests and crew alike, creating a relaxed yet professional atmosphere on board. Chef Florian joins the crew of Flo for the season, bringing with him a genuine passion for cooking and a strong, disciplined work ethic. Born in 1990, Florian’s culinary journey began at a young age, inspired by time spent in the kitchen with his father—an early influence that shaped his love for food and hospitality. Specialising in Mediterranean and Asian cuisine, Florian focuses on bold, well-balanced flavours and thoughtfully prepared dishes. He approaches cooking as both a craft and an art, valuing patience, quality ingredients, and attention to detail. Constantly evolving, he is dedicated to refining his techniques and creating memorable dining experiences for guests on board. Beyond the galley, Florian is also an experienced barista and prides himself on delivering excellent customer service with a warm, approachable style. His hospitality background, combined with strong organisational skills and efficient time management, makes him a reliable and valuable member of the crew. Fluent in Greek, English, and Albanian, Florian adapts easily to diverse environments and guest needs. Comfortable both on deck and in guest service, he supports smooth daily operations with efficiency and attention to detail—whether assisting with mooring and maintenance or delivering a high standard of interior service.
