Stelios took his Marine Technician degree back in 2001 and worked ashore as engineer on a yachting authorized workshop. Later on, his love for the sea forced him to join the merchant marine academy and graduated as 3rd engineer in 2012, since then Stelios has been on different yachts that helped him gain experience and improve his skills. At his free time he does professional competition free- diving, spearfishing, apnea yoga and lots of watersports. Stelios speaks English and Greek fluently.

Trained in France and Belgium, he has worked under renowned chefs such as Gordon Ramsay and served notable clients including Barack Obama and Roger Federer. His culinary style blends Mediterranean tradition with modern refinement, offering visually stunning and flavorful dishes tailored to each guest’s preferences. Fluent in French and proficient in English, Sotiris enjoys engaging with guests to craft unforgettable dining experiences. When not in the kitchen, he enjoys reading, films, and staying fit—bringing the same passion and discipline to his hobbies as he does to his cuisine.

Prior to becoming a seaman, George worked as a security guard for high-profile individuals at a TV production company in Greece and completed military service on the Hellenic Special Forces.
